I finally was able to speak with Veronica the manager and she agreed to let me come in on Monday and see if my regular stylist Marci could still get the cut I wanted and if not I'm willing to let Marci give me another sexy type shag cut so I'm sure all good things well come of this for all parties involved and I'm completely please with the outcome and thank you all for the great service you provide Martha Woodrome I've called police to file a report there is not much they can do but did suggest calling corporate offices and or filing a civil suit against the salon First of all when I called to schedule an appt for a haircut suddenly I was no longer in their system and I used my name and same number so I made appt I was not told with whom I got there stood at register for a minute or two before a stylist near the front ask if she could help me after checking in I was told to have a seat and wait for the other stylist to finish the cut she was working on I then asked the stylist upfront if the one I was going to see would be able to do the cut I wanted knowing that it had some detail to the cut not only scissors but razor work as well and I was greeted back with an attitude and said if I didn't want that stylus to go home and wait until Sunday when Marcy was in the only reason I had asked is because his stylist appeared to be very young which turns out she was and very new Haley was the name of the stylist that ended up cutting my hair the young girl and she could not get the haircut right she gave it her best shot and tried but her she herself said that she was not happy with the way the front of my hair looked she then had me sit in another chair and wait after about an hour of cutting on my hair and I waited another 20 minutes for the other stylist to come and look at my hair and resolve the issue and show Haley out to finish cutting it so it would look like the picture I had brought in she got very irate she once again was very rude argumentative and refused to fix the cut I simply did not want to be there looking like I looked I felt like an ugly stepchild at that point and the other stylist stormed off back into the back room I then put my sweater on and went up front and had to wait a minute for Haley to come up she rung me up I did give her a tip she apologized and the reason I gave her a tip was for her time not for the cut and I asked her number to corporate and to file a complaint which I didn't happen and my hair is pretty much trashed at this point I did leave a voicemail after the fact I'm hoping a supervisor will call me tomorrow and hoping that my normal stylist there Marcy who does a fantastic job will be able to resolve this issue and fix my hair but at this point I don't know if anything can be done I don't know if I can get the cut that I wanted and I don't know if they will even work with me to resolve the issue as I left the place and paid for the haircut and I not left it would have become more confrontational and by not paying it would have been theft so I had no choice but to do that very unhappy with cut very very dissatisfied with treatment I got from the other stylist and I will say that Haley was apologetic eager to learn and had just recently graduated out of school and might I add she's had a rough couple years and a very serious traumatic surgery that could have been life-threatening and I would like to ask everybody to keep her in her prayers as I will she was a very nice young girl but she just couldn't get the cut right she gave it her best shot but I didn't need any rude treatment I refusal to fix my hair when I was saying I didn't want to leave looking like an ugly step child so I'll go back there but I probably won't use Haley for a stylist and I sure as hell would not use the other stylist whom I should be getting her name tomorrow and I will further come in on her on this site so others know what they're dealing with

Marci was very good. She listened to how I wanted my hair cut, and took time after to check it after to make sure it was right & that she didn't miss any hairs. She is meticulous and very nice. My hair looks, and feels, great!

Absolutely LOVE Veronica!!! This was my first time here. She took her time and communicated with me through the entire cut. She will definitely be my go-to hairdresser from now on.

I was a walk in, stylist looked young but I put my prejudice aside and gave her a shot. Glad I did because she gave me a great cut. Definitely would recommend SmartStyle.

As a retired hairstylist I was extremely pleased with Veronica who gave me a shampoo, haircut, blowdry and curling iron. Will definitely go to her again. She does EXCELLENT work!
